Verdant Mental Health is an evidence-based community of mental healthcare providers offering adherent, comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for adults, adolescents, couples, and families. Our mission is to help individuals reduce suffering and achieve purpose in their lives. We strive to provide an environment of compassionate, science-informed care, and are committed as a community to anti-racism and work within the LGBTQIA+ community.
